Quality experience

Our faculty are focused on teaching and student learning. Students can join clubs and organizations such as the Student Government Association, Honors Program, Black Student Union, Ag Club and more. Events are held throughout the year — Welcome Week, Cardboard Boat Regatta, Multicultural Fest and Homecoming, to name a few.

With approximately 100 areas of study — from transfer-focused degrees to health care and workforce training — ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp provides many options for you to explore.

Higher ed, lower cost 

Before even adding in financial aid, including scholarships, ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp stacks up as THE choice for higher ed at a lower cost. In 2024-25, the cost (tuition and fees) per semester for 15 standard credit hours taken by a full-time, in-district student toward a transfer degree is $2,340.

The ÌÀÍ·Ìõapp Foundation awarded more than $800,000 in student scholarships. Financial aid (federal and state) was awarded to 57% of degree- and certificate-seeking students. 

Private University: $42,897. Public University: $14,662. Community College: $4,604. Based on average undergraduate tuition and fees in Illinois for 30 semester hours in FY 2023.
